Beyoncé received her first Oscar nomination in the category of Best Original Song for her critically acclaimed anthem from King Richard.

The track, which was co-written and co-produced by Dixson, has received nods throughout the awards circuit, including at the Golden Globes and the Critics Choice Awards.

The first-time nominee and multi-hyphenate icon attended last night's annual Academy Awards ceremony, where she delivered one of her most dramatic looks to date. Though she skipped the red carpet, she was seen inside the Dolby Theatre wearing a glamorous yellow outfit. She also shared photos of the full look on her Instagram following the event.

Beyoncé opted for a floor-length gown with a sweetheart neckline in a daffodil shade of yellow. The dress included a sweeping off-the-shoulder taffeta cape and matching gloves. She accessorized with 150 carat waterfall earrings and a 35 carat oval diamond pinky ring by Lorraine Schwartz, bright yellow platform heels, and a tennis ball-shaped purse, nodding to Reinaldo Marcus Green's King Richard, the film about tennis champions Venus and Serena Williams's father in which her Oscar-nominated song "Be Alive" is featured.

Earlier in the night, in Compton, California at the Tragniew Park Tennis Courts, Blue Ivy Carter, King Richard actresses, Saniyya Sidney and Demi Singleton, a 35-member choir, a 42-piece orchestra, and a special appearance from the Compton Junior Equestrians in association with the Compton Cowboys, joined Beyoncé during her performance of the Oscar-nominated song, "Be Alive," wearing a variety of custom styles from adidas and adidas x IVY PARK.
