Ariana Grande-Butera (Boca Raton, June 26, 1993), professionally known as Ariana Grande, is an American singer, actress, songwriter and presenter. In six years of solo career, she won a Grammy in a total of eleven nominations.

Grande made her debut in 2008, acting as Charlotte at 13 on Broadway. Between 2010 and 2013, she played Cat Valentine on Nickelodeon's Victorious series, and reprise that role in the Sam and Cat spin-off. She has also acted in other roles in theater and television and has lent her voice to television shows and animated films.

Her musical career began with the soundtrack for the Victorious series. Since then, Grande has released four albums, the first being Yours Truly (2013), which reached number one on the American album chart, Billboard 200. The feat was also achieved in two more releases of Grande, My Everything (2014) and Sweetener (2018). In 2016, with her third album, Dangerous Woman, she reached second place on the same chart. In 2019, the singer delivered her fifth studio album, on February 8, entitled Thank U Next.

In addition, Grande reached the top 5 of the American Billboard Hot 100 chart seven times with his songs "Problem", "Break Free", "Bang Bang", "Side to Side", "No Tears Left to Cry", in addition to " Thank U Next "and" 7 Rings ", two that made it to the top of the list. The first with seven non-consecutive weeks and the second debuting as the third most heard female song in its first week. In 2020, she also reached the top with "Stuck With U" with Justin Bieber and "Rain on Me" with Lady Gaga. Her awards include three American Music Awards, three MTV Europe Music Awards, two MTV Video Music Awards and six Grammy nominations, winning the Best Vocal Pop Album category in 2019 with her fifth Sweetener studio album. In 2016, TIME ranked Grande as one of the 100 most influential people in the world on its annual list. In 2018, Billboard named her "Woman of the Year".
